John Kennedy is a practicing mediator and barrister specialising in commercial disputes. John has practical experience and knowledge of how to effectively use mediation to get real results. He has used mediation as a dispute resolution tool in many business sectors on a wide range of case values and issues, involving both Irish and overseas companies.
