CEDR Ireland is proud to be located at Ormond Building, home of the Ormond Meeting Rooms (OMR), Ireland's first, state-of-the-art, dedicated Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR ) venue designed with reference to the principles of Universal Design and built to incorporate best practice methods in providing professional, independent and secure surroundings.

Individual room designs take account of the extended periods which are often involved in an ADR process and parties are made to feel as comfortable as possible with

• large room layouts
• flexible arrangements depending on requirements
• provision of natural light
• high acoustic treatment for maximum privacy
• inter-party separation in non-adjacent rooms
• fully accessible building with air-conditioning throughout. 

Each room has an independent phone line and high speed secure internet access, both wireless and wired, to enable communication be maintained without compromising parties' privacy.

OMR has two large Facilitator's Rooms which can seat up to 70 people and can also accommodate multi-party disputes of up to 8 parties at one time. Further facilities include a high definition Video Conferencing suite with ISDN and IP capability and audio conferencing in each room.

There are a range of services available in OMR to complement the ADR process and our dedicated Centre Manager will accommodate your every need from initial contact to conclusion. 

OMR offer a full service experience to all their clients, including

• stenography
• real time captioning
• extensive catering options
• secretarial services and messaging so that important e-mails or faxes can be received or sent and passed on to the participant with the assurance of complete privacy and discretion.  

There is also a dedicated secure document storage facility provided in the basement where you can store files either short term or long term and be assured of complete confidentiality with restricted access to the document storage room and each storage box sealed shut and opened only in the presence of your appointed individuals. 

OMR subscribes to the DX service and can receive or send documents on your behalf or enable you to send your files ahead and have them securely stored in the knowledge that they will be available for you on your arrival and brought to your room at your request.
