Case Management

CEDR Ireland offers not only access to leading mediators through the CEDR Ireland Mediator Group, but also provides disputing parties with bespoke case management services upon request, at no extra cost.

Our case management service is unique and includes access to a dedicated Dispute Resolution Adviser (DRA) throughout the life of the case.  Our DRA's have years of expertise working with parties on mediator suitability and the logistics of setting up a successful mediation.  With up to date knowledge of all our mediators, they ensure that parties select the most appropriate mediators to meet their dispute requirements and assist you with the logistics of setting up the mediation.

The DRA will:

• Review your requirements and deliver the service you have requested
• Arrange dates
• Find and book a suitable venue
• Prepare relevant documentation, such as a Mediation Agreement
• Advise the parties on what documents are required
• Provide the neutral and parties with an accurate attendance sheet
• Co-ordinate the transfer of bundles
• Deal with other logistics and ad-hoc issues on behalf of the parties and the mediator as required

In mediation, any involvement of the DRA is subject to the same confidentiality provisions as to the parties and the mediator, as the DRA is a signatory to the Mediation Agreement.
